Though not originally from Bullard, Brittani has made the community her home since moving here with her high-school sweetheart—now husband—Armando. A board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing, she blends advanced clinical training with a genuine passion for community health. Away from the clinic, Brittani and Armando stay busy keeping up with their energetic son, Tyson Cruz. Her warm bedside manner and commitment to personalized care help patients of all ages reach their wellness goals.

We offer primary care for ages 12 and up, regenerative-medicine treatments (including platelet-rich plasma and stem-cell–based therapies), weight loss management, peptides, Medical Aesthetics by an Advanced Injector with over 12 years of experience (Botox, Filler, Microneedle, skin care), routine wellness exams, men's testosterone replacement services, acute Illnesses, and minor Injuries.

No referral is required. Call our front desk or request an appointment through the online portal, and we’ll match you with the next available slot that fits your schedule.

Yes. Transparent, up-front pricing is available for patients without insurance or for services not covered by insurance, such as specific regenerative-medicine procedures and aesthetic services.

Please arrive 15 minutes early with a photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications and supplements. Bring any recent blood work and scans you to your appointment.

You can complete new-patient forms online ahead of time to streamline check-in by going to the "patient forms" tab. Once you are scheduled, you will receive a link or text with the forms to fill out on your phone or computer before your appointment. You will also have the option to fill out electronic forms once you book your appointment.

If your visit is going to require labs, please fast for 8-10 hours if possible for accurate results of the lipid panel. That's black coffee, no sugar, no creamer, water. Nothing to eat. 

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in rescheduling. Our schedule is tight, and we want to ensure that every patient receives the proper care and time they deserve. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a nominal fee and may require deposits to schedule future appointments. 

All hormone replacement therapy appointments require a $100 non-refundale deposit to schedule. The $100 will go towards the total amount of the visits.

Most lab results return within 24–48 hours unless it is a culture or a specialty test. We’ll call you with any concerning findings; otherwise, results and NP Brittani's notes will be posted to your secure patient portal.

Please submit refill requests through the secure patient portal or have your pharmacy send an electronic request. Please DO NOT WAIT until you are almost out to request a refill. 

Allow two full business days for routine refills—this gives our clinician time to review your chart, confirm the medication is still appropriate, and handle any required lab work or follow-up. It is unlikely to need refills if you are coming to scheduled appointments. Refills are usually fulfilled during a office visit or televisit.
